I chose the case 2. June Mayfield: Aged 29.
ReplyDeleteShe should go 2 years prison and will have to attend sessions with a psychologist.
I decided to assign this punishment because although the legal system protects life, as one of the most precious assets, (thus punishes homicide with maximum punishment) in this case has been done in self-defense after having suffered domestic violence for long, however she must report at the time her husband and not resort to this medium.
The sessions with the psychologist are to determine to what extent was damaged her mental state.
I chose the Case # 1 primarily Barbara will have to attend a long psychologist treatment , his intention was not to hurt the baby , I just wanted to have feel like a mother.
ReplyDelete1 Barbara. I think it was irresponsible of parents to leave the baby to carelessness and not paying attention , I do not justify that stole the babybut for this kind of situation I think the adoption process should be faster easy, this woman wanted a baby and the way he wanted to achieve is not the rightIn conclusion already exposed the opinions , though barbara has not been misconduct or has not damaged the baby is not right what he did and must be judged and must beapplied corresponding sentence.
ReplyDeleteI chose the case 3: Robert Peel, Aged 36
ReplyDeleteI would give 3 years in prison why only committed petty theft and never used violence and although he did not necessarily justify it.
And although he did to support his family, he must pay for their mistakes.
Hernández Merino Cecilia Yokebeth
ReplyDeletecase 2: June Mayfield.
She will be in prison three years because I killed her husband in self-defense but she has no legal background and was the victim of assault by her husband.
Mariano Sánchez Terán
ReplyDeleteIn the case 4. Frank Gordon. I would leave him free, not'd get to jail, only give an economic sanction and rehabilitation for its addition to alcohol. this based on who has to support a family, plus it did not cause major damage and is a person who can be rehabilitated
I chose the case number five: Matthew Barnyard. Aged 21.
ReplyDeleteI would give only give 6 months to one year in prison , since he did not say who brought the drug and that they would use , and at the time of his arrest must provide evidence that your mother needs this type of drug to save his life.
I chose case 7 .
ReplyDeleteYou will be given 5 years in prison , since I acted with premeditation because he knew exactly what to and extorted his boss for his benefit .

ReplyDeleteI chose the case 5
Mateo Corral should not be locked up in a prison, this should be free, because the heroine was not for his evil consumption was for medical use, authorities without asking and without knowing he was arrested, he was not due accuse for a previous conviction when he had been tried, situations were different, he was misjuded.
Case 4. Frank Gordon. aged 31
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion only deserve pay a fine, and to a the greater jail, because driving while intoxicated can causing an accident,
already which if the other motorist who almost hits accused him of attempted murder could be more serious your penalty.

ReplyDeletecase 4 Zayra Betsabe Romero Minor
ReplyDeletesanctions that I consider fair is that it applies a monetary fine or community service for driving while intoxicated, pay damages of car that I harm minutes before your destination and give some help for your addiction to alcohol.
I choose the right case 2. I would give a sentence of one year in prison with 5 of parole, for even that killed her husband corroborating evidence if it was self-defense, 3 years probation serious for damage caused the relatives of the husband.
ReplyDeletecase 2. Junio Mayfield: 29 años de edad.
ReplyDeleteif she killed her husband , she will receive 4 years sentences
because she gets tired of the constant abuse from her husband and killed him in self-defense, but she had to press charges since the first time her husband's abuse
Ismael Becerril Ramos
Case 8. Fred Daybrey: Aged 42
ReplyDeleteThe case of Fred is not so bad for many people, because ony wrote a story "invented" of "funny man" and although it was not real and lied in this section, people who read the newspaper may have been upset and up it may be that the newspaper company to do badly. So I give two years in prison.
