I think it is a really beautiful story, because although they spent many years loving Billie Edna followed. However it is sad that Edna was alone until the end of his days. I think something important is the sincere love that tells the story.
I think Edna Snell loved his promised Billie, but when she died callus in depression for having lost the love of her life, she wanted it even to the last moment of his life, and finally met with death. It is a very pretty but sad story.
I felt a little identified with this story, because ... I end my relationship and at one point I felt like Edna, losing the love of your life, it's sad but nevertheless must go forward, it may be very difficult but life goes on and for me is a very beautiful story of love and sad time because everything has an end, but a thousand things promise
