  3. this is my news with respect to the environment
We can start by saying that we understand the space environment in which humans interact with nature in greater or lesser degree. The environment is everything that surrounds us and although in most cases this notion is related to nature, could also say that in a sense the environment can be the space artificially created by humans, as it is a city or a large urban center. The importance of the environment is now undeniable day and this has to do with the abuse and wear that human beings generates increasingly markedly on complex natural phenomena, causing changes to the environment that affect not only other beings alive but also himself.

    1. UNITED NATIONS (22 / ABR / 2016) .- Representatives of 171 nations began on Friday to sign the Paris Agreement on climate change to take effect years in advance.

US Secretary of State John Kerry, with his granddaughter in her arms, dozens of world leaders joined for the signing ceremony. It is the first time that so many countries signed an agreement on the first available date. Countries that do not sign on Friday have one year to do so.

"We are in a race against time," he told the meeting the Secretary General of United Nations Ban Ki-moon. "The era of consumption without consequences is over."

Many expect the agreement will take effect before the original deadline of 2020. Some say it could happen this year.

After signing, nations must formally approve the agreement through their national procedures. The UN said fifteen countries, several of them small island nations threatened by rising water levels, they will do the same Friday depositing their instruments of ratification.

China, which leads the world in carbon emissions, said "perform internal procedures" to ratify the agreement before the G20 summit to be held in China in September.

US says it will ratify this year. The world watches anxiously. According to analysts, if Washington ratifies it before the end of the term of President Barack Obama in January, it will be more difficult for his successor denounce the agreement, because it should wait four years under the agreed rules.

The agreement will enter into force after 55 countries representing at least 55 percent of emissions, have ratified it. United States and China, which account for almost 40 percent of emissions in the world, have said they intend to join the agreement this year.

Maroš Šefčovič, energy director of another major pollutant, the European Union of 28 members, told reporters Thursday that the EU wants to be in the "first wave" of ratifying countries.

French President Francois Hollande, the first to sign, said he would ask Parliament to ratify the Paris Agreement this summer. The environmental minister of France is in charge of the negotiations and told the meeting that "now there is no going back."

Among the countries that have not said whether they will ratify the agreement they include some of the largest oil producers in the world, as Erabia Arabia, Iraq, Nigeria and Kazakhstan, reported Thursday the World Resources Institute.

The Paris Agreement, in response to rising temperatures, rising sea levels and other consequences of climate change was a dramatic breakthrough in climate negotiations at the UN, bogged down for years because of disputes between rich and poor countries .

Each country sets its own targets for reducing emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. The goals are not binding, but countries must update every five years.

The environment and sustainable development concept refers to the efficient and rational management of natural resources, so it is possible to improve the welfare of the present population without compromising the quality of life of future generations.
One of the main challenges facing Mexico to the environment and sustainable development is to include the former as one of the elements of competitiveness and economic and social development. Only in this way can achieve sustainable development. Unfortunately, the efforts of conservation of natural resources and ecosystems are often hampered by a vicious circle that includes poverty, depletion of natural resources, environmental degradation and poverty.

  8. The theme we chose was "immoderate logging"

We decided this issue because in our state we have an ecological reserve in the Malintzi volcano and this is increasingly being destroyed by loggers.

  11. Hello fellow this is my opinion about the activity.
I could not check well what the link it does not allow me access but on the issue consider today a huge problem that exists is the preservation of the environment, so I think that pollution greatly influences the extinction of animals and plants, generating natural disasters that not only affects the ecosystem, so that damages to those who live in that ecosystem, so it is important to note that Mexico suffers a global pollution very framed around the smog caused by over population and excessive use of transport which should generate awareness in those who inhabit this planet.
