  3. What I learned this week, was the meaning of the words and understand the types of divorce that exist in the United States, because it is very important for my classes.

Divorce rates may vary either the processing time and the cost of divorce and to be able to complete a sentence we must pay close attention because it may be to complete with a verb and sometimes not

  4. Hi!

    -drafting
-the law of equity and trust
    -valid
    -based computer in
    -goods
    -merged
because we read the topic "divorce" I know a word is synonymous is dissolution of marriage. This process involves issues of child custody, spousal support, distribution of property and division of debt.
In reading also mentions the types of divorce.
No-fault divorce: no need for arguments and a cause of this is that the spouses are unhappy living together.
At-fault divorce: requires one spouse provides proof of the lack that committed the other.
Summary divorce: Also known as simple, this must have different factors, as it is a short marriage (under 5 years), no children.
Uncontested divorce: in this both spouses agree to the separation.
Collaborative divorce: in this divorce does not require the participation of a legal representative, as the spouses reach an agreement.
Mediated divorce: in this thanks to a mediator is easier than the spouses reach an agreement.
I now know that in Islam divorce is allowed, however they see as the greatest of insults to Allah
