The activity for this week is to write a short paragraph about one of the next options.

- You are working for a lawfirm who is specialized in criminal law.
- You are working in a really difficult family law case.

I work in a law firm here in Mexico. We attend criminal cases. It is taking a murder case in which so far this as a prime suspect his wife. In this case, the defense claims with evidence, witnesses, and facts that the defendant has mental problems.
ReplyDeleteI work in a law firm in Mexico. We work with family issues. Right now we're taking a really difficult case. It is related to the custody of a child, which he died his father, his mother had abandoned him when he was a baby so he lived with her aunt, but now wants to return her mother and take the child. we need to make many studies to see what would be best for this child, just hope that we can resolve it soon.
ReplyDeleteI'm working on the case of a divorce, but parents are fighting the power of his 6 year old country, according to the law under 7 years should be with the mother, but the father argues that she does not care well and that always leaves the child alone at night, but the mother argues that must work at night because it is a nurse and she accuses the father to live with another woman and says that can affect the child.

the cases are public and private,depends of the place,the case,the important people or not, and the number of people killed.
Also we defend the people who they are in trouble with the pólice.It´s a great área of work because i can work in many things,but its bad respect there is much corruption.

Everyday we receive a new cases for people than committed a crime like violation, stealing, assault, kidnapping, murder, rape and others crimes. We support the people than they look for us, we research what happened in the crime, for that the defendant has a lawyer in the court.

I'm working on a case of alimony. where the father wants to stop giving maintenance to his 21 year old son who continues to study also want to give less than 40% of his salary despite having two more children and her mother does not work right now and must pay the rent of their home . but the father can not understand this situation and want to lose as much as possible the alimony.

DeleteI'm Brisamor, I work in a law firm, in criminal law. Now we have a case of rape, where the victim defend the case, the victim came with us to advise. The case is filed in court and the judge will sentence,we expect to win , because we have all the evidence on our side

ReplyDeleteA clear example is when one of my clients approached my because in a restaurant came up the following, in charge of cleaning that establishment had mopped the entrance, but not placed the remark so my client to whwn walk it slipped, fell and broke his hip, so I explained above the establishment has to compensate the damage.
I am an attorney that employed at an attorneys' buffet at criminal law at Mexico. My work is a case of violation of a girl of 10 years old, violated by his stepfather. I have to seek for justice and to punish the aggressor, but this one has a problem of his head for consuming drugs.

ReplyDeleteOne day one employee of the center commercial of Mexico throw on gel in the aisle of same while he go by the cleaner one lady
step down the aisle slipped and died the family asked the mall to support them but the owners not wanting to give any help, and they asked where shows the employee was at fault my client search punish them.
I work in Mexico city, my job is to listen to the problems of marriages and help solve them, because somethings they fight over little things. My work is very difficult because I have to listen to the problems of people who come to seek help and I have to have you patience to listen to their problems and give them advice on how they can salve.

ReplyDeletegood night, in the last week I learned more about the divorce because the country is considered one way and elsewhere has some similarities but is not the same, there are several grounds for divorce, although everyone always protecting it is predicted minor children who are suffering in the divorce process because it is exhausting for the hearings that the process involves.
the new wide vocabulary what we learn, as students play with words, so we investigated and we conceptualizing the themes, we note that the law is fundamental in society, we clarify that not all cases are civil proceedings or criminal.
this new learning encourages you to find more about the subject than you look, I think it is important to do more exercises like this to familializarnos with the language and so will not be so heavy for those who do not understand the English.
